Greenwich : Connecticut

Greenwich in Fairfield County falls under the Eastern Standard time zone. A unique characteristic of the Town of Greenwich is that though it has one political body, there are distinct sections with their own mailing addresses and zip codes such as Cos Cob, Riverside, Old Greenwich and Greenwich. Other neighborhoods that use the Greenwich name and zip code for their mailing addresses are Byram, Glenville, Pemberwick and Rock Ridge. The climate of Greenwich is a typical New England weather. Colorful flowers and trees grow all round the year. Though summers are humid, the gentle sea breezes keep most of the days comfortable. The town has four beaches on Long Island Sound namely Greenwich Point, Byram Beach, Island Beach and Captain's Island.
